At Pixcham International j.s.a., we strive to move humanity forward by encouraging self-expression, bringing people closer to the world and bringing joy. We believe that individual self-expression is a key element of our platform, and we believe that an environment that fosters diversity and exclusivity is the best way to achieve our goals. By setting a minimum age of 16 to access our community, we protect children and ensure that their experience on Pixcham is safe and appropriate.

Our Community Guidelines were created to support our mission by allowing for different forms of expression while ensuring safe use of our services every day. We want these Guidelines to be clear and easy to understand for all of our members. We strive to be proactive protectors of the Pixcham environment by identifying and responding quickly to Content or behavior that could put our community at risk.

These Guidelines apply to all Content, which includes all forms of communication, such as text, images, links or attachments, and other creative tools, and conduct on Pixcham - and to all Pixcham Users, Challenge Organizers and other third parties. We are very sensitive to Content or conduct that may pose a risk of serious harm to Pixcham Users, and we reserve the right to take immediate and permanent action against anyone who engages in such conduct. Challenge Organizers agree to additional guidelines, including the requirement that their Content be accurate and, where applicable, verified. We also put safeguards in place to help keep Content in line with our community guidelines.

These Guidelines apply to all Content, which includes all forms of communication, such as text, images, links or attachments, and other creative tools, and conduct on Pixcham - and to all Pixcham Users and Challenge Organizers and other third parties. We are very sensitive to Content or conduct that may pose a risk of serious harm to Pixcham Users, and we reserve the right to take immediate and permanent action against anyone who engages in such conduct. Challenge(s) organizers agree to additional guidelines, including the requirement that their Content be accurate and, where applicable, verified. We also put safeguards in place to help keep Content in line with our community guidelines.

We remind all of our Users, Challenge Organizers and third parties that they are responsible for the Content they share on Pixcham. We ask that you take care to follow our guidelines and not share Content that could cause harm to others or violate our Terms, Guidelines and Rules.

Dangerous activities

We welcome active participation from our community in fun and creative Challenges. Most Challenges are fun and enjoyable for everyone because they bring people together. However, we recognize that there are also Challenges and Selfie Tasks that can be dangerous or pose a risk of injury. Users are required to think carefully about the risks associated with a Selfie Challenge before undertaking it. If you find yourself in a situation where you discover a dangerous Selfie Task or Challenge on Pixcham, it is important to pay attention. If this is the case, stop for a moment and think about what you are going to do next before you decide to take action.

• We prohibit the display and promotion of dangerous activities and Challenges, such as gambling, dangerous tricks, improper use of dangerous tools, use of harmful substances, and similar activities that can lead to serious physical harm.
• We prohibit activities, Selfie Tasks that involve visible or imminent physical harm. Please exercise caution and do not engage in Selfie Tasks that could endanger your physical safety. Keep the community safe by alerting us to dangerous Selfie Tasks that may protect others. Your consideration helps keep our community safe.
• We prohibit the violation of any security measures. Use common sense when deciding which Selfie Tasks are right for you. Do not underestimate potentially dangerous situations.
• We prohibit the completion of Selfie Tasks and their display, in which there is a risk that someone could imitate them, and which could lead to any physical harm.
• We prohibit the display and completion of Selfie Tasks that could lead to visible or threatening physical harm or promote such behavior.
• We prohibit the display or promotion of inappropriate use of dangerous tools such as knives, axes, chain saws or welding torches.
• We prohibit the display or promotion of eating or drinking substances that are dangerous for humans to consume, such as rocks and cleaning products.
• We prohibit displaying or promoting unsafe driving behavior, including speeding, running red lights and distracted driving. This also includes photographing or broadcasting live while driving.
• We prohibit the depiction of extreme sports or stunts performed by professionals in public places, such as jumps and tricks on skateboards and cyclocross.

Sexual Content and Sexual Exploitation

Our priority is to ensure that our Users have control over what Content appears on our Platform and that they do not feel threatened by any sexual Content. If you have any concerns or need assistance regarding sexual Content on our Platform, please feel free to contact us here. Our support is here for you.

• We prohibit all forms of sexual exploitation and abuse on our platform, especially when it comes to minors. This includes the sharing of any material that contains child sexual abuse, grooming, sextortion, or sexualization of minors. If we find instances of child sexual abuse or attempts to do so, we immediately report the information to the appropriate authorities.
• We also prohibit the posting, distribution, or solicitation of sexually explicit material that involves persons under the age of 18, including yourself.
• We prohibit the promotion, distribution or sharing of pornographic Content, and commercial activities related to pornography or sexual interactions, whether online or offline, on our Platform.
• We prohibit sexually explicit narratives, such as colorful descriptions of sexual encounters.
• We prohibit acts of enticement of minors.
• However, it is important to note that breastfeeding and other depictions of nudity in a non-sexual context are generally permitted on our platform.
• Our value lies in the respect and dignity of every individual and in our commitment to protect the vulnerable. Our uncompromising policy is to prohibit all exploitation of people, whether it is trafficking or smuggling.

Harassment and bullying

We believe that every User should have the right to share their thoughts and creativity without worry. These Guidelines are here to protect our users and ensure that everyone can enjoy the benefits of Pixcham in a positive and respectful environment. Your safety and well-being are paramount.

• We prohibit any form of harassment or bullying on our Platform. This includes sexual harassment, including the unsolicited sending of sexually explicit, suggestive or nude images to other Users. If someone blocks you, you should respect their wishes and not attempt to contact them from another Pixcham account.
• We prohibit the sharing of images of a person in a private setting, such as a bathroom, bedroom, locker room, or medical facility, without their knowledge and consent.
• We prohibit the sharing of another User's private information without their consent or with the intent to harass them, such as the practice known as "doxxing."
• If someone asks you to remove a picture they are in, you should respect their request. It is important to respect the privacy rights of others on our platform.
• You should also not abuse our reporting mechanisms by intentionally reporting Content that does not violate our policies.

Suicide, self-harm and eating disorders

We believe that Pixcham should be a place where self-esteem is boosted while not spreading negative comparisons with others. Our goal is to create a safe space where you can express your thoughts openly.

• We prohibit the display, promotion or sharing of suicide or self-harm plans.
• We prohibit the provision of suicide or self-harm instructions and related Challenges, bets, games and agreements.
• We prohibit the display or promotion of hoaxes related to suicide and self-harm
• We prohibit the display or promotion of eating disorders or any unsafe weight loss methods.
• We prohibit the display, promotion or solicitation of coaching for eating disorders and other unsafe methods of weight loss.
• We prohibit the depiction or description of extremely low calorie daily food consumption and diets related to eating disorders.
• We prohibit the display or promotion of cosmetic surgery that does not include warnings about the risks, including before and after pictures, videos of surgery, and news stories about elective cosmetic surgery

Shocking and Explicit Content

Pixcham is unique in its ability to offer fun and exploration of new Content. Our platform is focused on a positive experience, so we do not support Content that is intended to intentionally shock, upset or make other Users feel uncomfortable. We understand that such Content can be irritating and cause psychological discomfort, so we make you aware that our goal is to keep the Platform friendly and safe.

• We prohibit bloody, disgusting, disturbing or extremely violent Content.
• We prohibit actual torture, realistically depicted violence, and extreme physical wrestling.
• We prohibit realistic depictions of deaths and traffic accidents.
• We prohibit the depiction or promotion of human body parts that are severed, mutilated, burned, or severely injured.
• We prohibit the depiction of events that contain realistically depicted violence or are potentially disturbing but are of public concern, such as clashes with security forces or the aftermath of bombings or natural disasters.
• We prohibit fictional depictions of gritty violence and extreme physical combat.
• We prohibit potentially disturbing material that may cause anxiety or fear, such as depictions of minor injuries and accidents, dead animals, effects intended to frighten, and scary make-up
• We prohibit the depiction of animal genitalia and animal sexual activity.

Threats, violence and harm

At Pixcham, we build bridges, not walls, and create a digital world where Users can come together in a safe, respectful and supportive environment. Our goal is to ensure that everyone can pursue their passion, express their creativity and share their stories without fear.

• We prohibit the encouragement of violent or dangerous behaviour, as well as active participation in such behaviour. Do not take anyone at gunpoint and do not threaten harm to a person, group of people or property.
• We prohibit images depicting gratuitous or graphic violence, including animal cruelty.
• We prohibit threatening or encouraging doxing, sharing account information, extortion, or hacking into someone's account.
• We prohibit encouraging coordinated harassment of a person or attempting to create a feud between people, such as inviting other people to flood an account with offensive Content.
• We prohibit demeaning someone through vulgar or obscene verbal language.

Harmful false or misleading information

We believe that the digital world should be a place where you can share true stories, be inspired and have confidence in the information you gather. Our aspiration is to create a virtual reality where truth is a valuable treasure.

• We prohibit inaccurate, misleading or false Content that may cause substantial harm to individuals or society, regardless of intent.
• We prohibit misleading or false Content that could undermine important social processes and institutions, such as democratic elections or mechanisms to ensure public health and safety.
• We prohibit the dissemination of false, harmful or misleading information. This includes spreading misinformation about tragic events, unverified health claims, undermining the credibility of public processes, and manipulating Content to deceive.
• We prohibit medical misinformation, such as misleading claims about vaccines, inaccurate medical advice that discourages people from securing proper medical care for life-threatening illnesses, and other misinformation that poses a risk to public health.
• We prohibit specific conspiracy theories that name and attack individuals.
• We prohibit Content that violates anyone's copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• We prohibit false representations of yourself or other people or organizations, including impersonating someone you are not or other forms of misrepresentation. This includes trying to deceive people about your identity.
• We prohibit trading with services that attempt to artificially inflate User engagement or cheat the recommendation system on Pixcham.
• We prohibit Spam, including schemes to solicit followers, the promotion of spam applications, and multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes.
• We prohibit fraud and other deceptive practices, including the promotion of fraudulent products or services, get-rich-quick schemes, and false representations of Pixcham or Pixcham International j.s.a..

Illegal activities

We welcome creativity and freedom of expression, but we are not a place for illegal activities. We believe in the creative potential of our Users, but we also strive to create a safe environment for all. We believe in creating a place where you can develop your talents and hobbies within legal frameworks.

• We prohibit the use of Pixcham to distribute or post Content that is illegal and encourage illegal activities. This includes promoting, participating in or facilitating criminal activities such as illegal drug trafficking, smuggling, illegal weapons, counterfeit goods or documents. It also includes promoting or participating in various forms of exploitation, including sex trafficking, human trafficking or labour trafficking.
• We prohibit the brokering of trade or purchase of alcohol, tobacco products, and gambling to individuals under the age of 18. However, if applicable laws in the respective jurisdiction establish different age restrictions, it shall be governed by those.
• We prohibit the depiction or promotion of minors possessing or consuming alcohol, tobacco products, addictive substances and other controlled substances.
• We prohibit the brokering of trade or purchase of alcohol, tobacco products, and gambling to individuals under the age of 18. However, if applicable laws in the respective jurisdiction establish different age restrictions, it shall be governed by those.
• We prohibit providing instructions on how to make homemade alcoholic beverages, drugs, or other controlled substances.
• We prohibit trafficking in firearms or explosive weapons or Content that displays or promotes them.
• We prohibit the brokering of trade in regulated, prohibited, or high-risk goods and services, such as controlled substances, firearms and other dangerous weapons, sexual services, animals, or counterfeit goods.
• We prohibit attempts to deceive or defraud members of our community.
• We prohibit illegal or deceptive financial practices, including fraudulent investment schemes, pyramid schemes, criminal activity such as defamation of character, or false advertising to manipulate the financial markets.
• We prohibit pretending to be another person or organisation in order to obtain a financial benefit.
• We prohibit the display or promotion of other Users' personal financial information without their consent or for the purpose of deception.

Terrorism, violent and hate organisations

Our platform is committed to fostering a culture of love and mutual respect. It is a place where you can express your creativity, but we do not accept Content that spreads hate, discrimination or incites violence. Terrorism and violent extremism are unacceptable to us and we do not support Content that promotes them. At Pixcham, we believe in the power of selfies to spread love, mutual respect and understanding.

• We prohibit the presence of terrorist organisations, violent extremists and hate groups on our platform. Hateful Content or speech that demeans, denigrates, or promotes discrimination or violence based on race, color, caste, ethnicity, national origin, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, disability, veteran status, immigration status, socioeconomic status, age, weight, or pregnancy status is unacceptable.
• We prohibit Content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism.
• If we become aware that any such entity may be present on our platform, we will conduct a thorough screening, including for off-platform conduct, which may result in the account being blocked and reported to the appropriate authorities.
• The ideas of such entities are often amplified by other people. No one is allowed to promote or strongly support violent or hateful entities.

Platform security

Definitely avoid clicking on suspicious links and do not respond to requests for details of your Pixcham Profile, including passwords, authentication details, financial and personal information. If you need more information about how we ensure your privacy and security on our Platform, you can find it on our Website.

• We prohibit any attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Pixcham Platform, any attempts to obtain sensitive, confidential, commercial or personal information, and any activities that could compromise the security or integrity of our system.
• We prohibit providing access to account login credentials to others or allowing others to take actions that violate our Terms, Guidelines or other policies.
• We prohibit unauthorized access to our Platform or the creation of fake versions of our Platform.
• We prohibit the sharing of malicious files, Content or messages carrying viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other harmful materials that compromise cybersecurity.
• We prohibit attempts to obtain personal information (e.g., login credentials) or to access Content, accounts, systems, or data using any deceptive technique (e.g., phishing, smishing, automated scripts, and web crawling of Content).

Remember, you can always report an issue to our team via the mobile app or on our Website by filling out this form (which allows you to report an issue whether you have an account on our platform or not). Our team will thoroughly investigate these reports to determine if there has been a violation of our Terms. If a violation is found, we may take action, including removing Content, limiting the visibility of your account, or deactivating it. If your activity poses an imminent threat to the lives of others, we will notify the appropriate law enforcement authorities. Once your account has been deactivated due to a violation of our Terms, you may not use our Platform again and you may not attempt to circumvent this measure.

Pixcham International j.s.a. reserves the right to deny access to or terminate the account of Users if we believe that such action is necessary to protect the safety of other Users on or off Pixcham. This may include situations involving leaders of hate groups or terrorist organizations, individuals with a record of inciting violence, or perpetrators of serious injury to others. In assessing such behaviour, we may take advice from experts in the field or work with the relevant authorities.

In the event that you discover Content that you find objectionable, you have the option to simply report it directly in the Pixcham app or through the contact form found on our Website. By doing so, you can inform our team of the issue you have identified and we will do our best to resolve it.
